‘Be Bold’
I used to be the type of person
Who would come across magic on the ground,
As though The key to true joy
was something still left lying close to.
I’d pull it from library guides
their pages ripped and worn,
And swore which i could see it
from the air ahead of a storm.
For those who’re cautious to believing
I’m no stranger kindness to distrust,
Back again then all I located in library publications
was the scent of moths and mud.
And kindness despite my just about every assure
that every rainbow holds some thing gold.
That not a soul born in background
